“When the 5 of us try and take a photo together, you already know it’s going to be chaos 🙈 Sun in our eyes, bad lighting, kids getting antsy… the struggle is real 🤪,” Heather wrote alongside a carousel of images from the day.

“But we had so much fun celebrating Tristan’s 1st birthday at Disneyland!!” the reality star added. “It was so fun being there as a family and seeing Tristan’s face light up at all the rides was the cutest thing 🥹 Happiest place on earth for good reason 🤍🤍.”

TheFlipping El Moussasstar recently opened up about his personal struggles in his new bookFlip Your Life: How to Find Opportunity in Distress — in Real Estate, Business and Life, released earlier this month. Tarek chatted with PEOPLE before the book’s release about whether he worries about his three kids learning of his difficulties and dark past.

“I think it’s very important for them to read this, because they know me as the dad they know today — happy, positive, loving, fun, caring, giving — and I think it’s important for them to understand, no, I wasn’t always like that,” Tarek said.

“And in their lives, they’re going to go through hard times and it’s not always going to be rainbows and butterflies,” he added. “When hard times come, you have to be prepared, you got to be ready to fight and you got to keep going.”
