In October 2019, Johansson toldEllen DeGeneresthat Jost “killed it” with his “surprising” proposal, which included “a whole James Bond situation.”
“He’s got a lot behind that news desk he’s hiding,” she joked, referring to Jost’s job as “Weekend Update” co-host onSNL. “He’s very charming and very thoughtful and romantic. But yeah, I was surprised. Even if you kind of imagine what that moment’s gonnabe like, it’s still a beautiful moment.”

Everybody has a different palate. I’ve never tried to force my kid to eat anything she didn’t like, and I never tried to hide any foods from her because I was trying to pack in an extra carrot.
