Lori Loughlinand her fashion-designer husband,Mossimo Giannulli,arrived at a Boston courthouse on Wednesday to face charges for their alleged involvement in the nationwidecollege admissions cheating scandal.
TheFull Housestar, 54, wore a camel-colored, wide-legged pantsuit with a gray T-shirt. Giannulli, 55, wore a navy blue suit with a green tie and seemed more stone-faced and serious than his wife, who smiled and laughed when someone inside the crowded courthouse elevator joked, “I hope we don’t get stuck in here.”
In the preliminary hearings, the court will read the charges to the couple. It is unclear whether Loughlin and Giannulli will enter pleas.

The two actresses were among a list of 50 people who have been indicted as part of an alleged nationwide scheme, according to a release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Massachusetts.
They each face felony chargesof conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud after being arrested in March, andcould face prison time(though a legal expertpreviously told PEOPLEthat is unlikely).

Loughlin and her husbandarrived in Boston on Tuesdayahead of the court appearance.
“They can’t wait for the court hearing next week to be done with,”a source previously told PEOPLE. “It’s very hard for them to think about other things right now.”
“They are both feeling very stressed out,” the source added.
