The Kansas City Chiefs are undefeated in theTaylor Swiftera.
On Sunday, Kansas City beat New York at Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J., behind an uneven but clutch performance from star quarterbackPatrick Mahomes. The Chiefs victory marked the second game that pop superstar Swift, 33, attended amid her rumored romance with tight end Kelce, also 33.
Kelce had six receptions for 60 yards. But the stars of the offense were Mahomes, who passed for 203 yards and rushed for an additional 51 yards, and Isiah Pacheco, a New Jersey native who rushed for 115 yards and a touchdown in his return to his home state.
After Swift’s Sunday Night Football debut on Sept. 24, ratings skyrocketed as the singer’s fans tuned in hoping to catch a glimpse of her.According to FOX Sports, the game was the week’s highest-rated telecast on any network, with 24.3 million viewers.
Despite the 41-10 win over the Chicago Bears, the game especially captivated female viewers, ages 12 to 49, the network reported.

This week, former NFL star and current NFL analystJJ Watt told PEOPLEthe rumored relationship between Swift and Kelce is “two mega worlds colliding,” adding, “I think the ratings are going to go even higher every single week for the Chiefs games, which is hard because they were already one of the best teams in the league.”

Earlier this month,the NFL star told PEOPLE, “I think every single week we’re going to get everybody’s best shot, and we kind of earned that last year and earned that respect,” he says. “So I’m excited for it. I always want to play everybody when they’re at their best. And sure enough, I know we’ll be getting that week in, week out here in Kansas City.”
