Nikki Bellawon’t be alone on Valentine’s Day.
The Total Bellasstar opened up about how she plans to spend her first Valentine’s Day since her split fromJohn Cena. Nikki said she’s going to join in on her sisterBrie Bella‘s date with husband Bryan Danielson and their daughter Birdie Joe, 2.
“Bryan is taking Brie, Birdie and I out,” Nikki toldE! News. “So he wanted to include me, which I thought is super sweet because they are going to be in L.A.”
“He’s just so sweet and thoughtful in that way so it’s gonna be fun,” she added. “Birdie’s basically my date, my Valentine’s date.”
This isn’t the first time Nikki has been included in Danielson’s romantic holiday plans.
“When they were dating, their first Valentine’s Day together, John and I weren’t dating yet and so I was single,” Nikki recalled. “He sent me a bouquet of flowers and a cupcake in a box.”
In fact, Nikki received her gift before Brie got hers!

“My flowers got lost. Even though I had a bigger bouquet,” Brie recalled.
Afterending their engagementin April just three weeks before their May 5 wedding date, PEOPLE confirmed in June that Nikki and Cena had reconciled. Sources previously told PEOPLE that her decision to call it quits was due to their differing stances onmarriageandhaving kids.
However,Total Bellasviewers saw Bella break off her engagement to Cena for the second time. (They reconciled and broke up yet again off-camera.)
Then, in July, Nikki confirmed that she and Cena hadparted waysfor good after six years together in an exclusive statement to PEOPLE.
“After I called off the engagement, we tried to work on our relationship to get back to where it was, and in order to move forward with our wedding. After much time and soul-searching alone and together, we have decided to officially part ways,” she said.
“I had a beautiful and loving 6-year relationship with a wonderful man,” she added. “I have the utmost respect for John, but I know this is what’s best for me.”
