On Sunday, theSex Educationstar, 55, stepped out in a slinky green backless Valentino dress at the Royal Festival Hall in London for the2024 EE BAFTA Film Awards. Her cowlneck ankle-length dress showed off her curves and plenty of skin on her sides and back — but she kept it demure, not walking the red carpet and keeping it all to herself until she got inside for the show.
She kept her makeup simple and glowy and tied her hair back from her face to show off the neckline of the dress. She wore matching emerald Bulgari jewelry to complete the all-green look.
Anderson took the stage at the award show to present the trophy for supporting actor — handing over the BAFTA toRobert Downey Jr.for his role inOppenheimer.

Andersonis known to turned heads— and make headlines — with her red carpet fashion choices. In early January, she appeared at the2024 Golden Globesin a strapless, ivory custom Gabriela Hearst gown that she explained was embroidered with vaginas.
“[I wore it] for so many reasons,” the actress toldDeadlineof the female anatomy design, adding, “it’s brand appropriate.”
According to the label, each motif on the dress took 3.5 hours to embroider.

The bespoke gown was paired with Chopard jewelry, including a necklace, bracelet and earring all set in 18k gold.
She left the attention on the dress, sporting a simple, clean pink makeup look and wavy hair with a little volume at the roots — where she let her gray hairs peek out.
Anderson has said in the past that she is all about feeling good in her clothes. In 2021, she did anInstagram Live Q&Awith fans and openly shared her hatred of bras!
“I don’t wear a bra anymore. I don’t wear a bra. I can’t wear a bra. I can’t, no. I can’t,“The Crownstar said when asked about her go-to outfit during the COVID pandemic. “I’m sorry, but I don’t care if I reach my belly button, my breasts reach my belly button. I’m not wearing a bra anymore. It’s just too f—— uncomfortable.”
The 2024 BAFTA Awards are being held at the Royal Festival Hall in London and streaming on BritBox in the U.S.
