American Horror Story has always prided itself on its elaborately weird title sequences — and the upcoming one for Hotel is no elision , correctly down to the creepy-crawly nightmare crawl out of the bed .
FX released the full sequence yesterday , full of neon sign counting down the 10 commandments in between all sorts of ghoulish wad , through the lens of the peephole on a hotel doorway . Skeletons , ghostly figures floating down corridor , and some bizarre , bed - ground repulsion as beds grab whoever ’s lying on them … or bristle heart-to-heart to reveal creepy people crawling out . certainly , this is n’t as shivery as bedbugs , but it ’s still enough to give you the heebie - jeebies .
