However , to modernistic fans , the character is probably best know as the villain on theTeen Titansanimated series . accord toVariety , this edition of Rouge is “ a complicated and electrifying flake who arrives at Doom Manor with a very specific commission , if only she could call back it . ” Sounds like she ’s not going to be herself decently off the bat .
