Mmuseummis likelythe smallest museum in New York City , and maybe even anywhere : ramp up in an abandon freight elevator shaft off a narrow-minded Tribeca alley , the space take up likely less than 40 square feet . In years past , visitors could step inside the museum to view the point on the shelves that line its three rampart .
